Booking Procedure:

• the price listed is an all-in-one service, no hidden costs, it’s very simple.

• choose your repair and make your payment via Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

• if you make payment via Apple Pay or Google Pay please make sure you details are up to date with current address and phone number.

• once you place your order we will usually call you back within 30 mins, our business opening hours are from 9am – 5pm however most of the time one of our agents will try and contact you up until 9pm on a evening, if your order is made after 9pm we will contact you the next morning.

• once we call you we have 2 options for collection, we can arrange a courier to pick up from your home or work address or if easier we can send you shipping labels for UPS or FED EX drop off POINT closest to your designated address. Please note all postage is included in the original paid price.

• once we receive your console, we will then proceed to fixing the issue.

• once repaired we will then contact you to arrange re-delivery of your console for a day that’s suitable for yourself to any UK address.
